Dick Goldhaber was one of those who conspired to file FALSE
abuse reports to Google and had my posting-ID (which I used for
12 years without a complaint) barred by Google from posting.

Unsettling? I found it DISGUSTING for the reason stated that you
clipped. I am PROUD to be "close to 70: and be able to do all the
things
I regularly do. Proud to be with that scuba group. Proud to look
the
way I look to be known in Cozumel as "Miyagi" :-). There is nothing
in
that webpage for which I am ashamed.
It's the USE of that page, by Dick Goldhaber and now NAG, for the
purpose of defaming and harrassement , and in NAG's case, in
his disruption of sci.stat.math, after he has been in the group for
less than a month, and having contributed NOTHING but NOISE
that I am protesting, against bottom-dwelling trolls and SLIMES
like Goldhaber and "Nag".
It is interesting in clipping what I said (above) about Goldhaber's
posting of that webpage and his harrassing remark was what "Nag"
LEFT OUT of what I posted:
RF> DG, You can get off your knees as my worshipper now. You must have
RF> posted this a few hundred times? Attached to posts completely
RF> unrelated to anything I've posted?
RF> Did I hire you to be my publicity agent? So what if I am close
RF> to 70? How many 60 year olds do you know who can routinely
RF> dive to 200 feet? (That's 200 feet below the surface). Everyone
RF> of my scuba friend and every Dive Master in Cozumel knows.
RF> How many 65 year olds you know who take 15 cruises within
RF> 2 years (while taking 6 months off because his wife was ill),
RF> and fly 200,000 miles all over the world doing other things
RF> besides cruising? In two years, I do more travelling and
RF> physically strenous diving than you have done in your entire
RF> LIFE. I also posted 500 lectures in professional newsgroups
RF> this month, much of that while I was cruising, and some
RF> Dickhead was crying and whining that I posted over 70 posts
RF> in this group in May and conspired with Ray Goldie to hit the
RF> ABUSE key to have Google barred my posting ID that I've
RF> used for 12 years without a complaint. That did you a lot of
RF> good, as you can see.
RF> Why don't you post the paragraph above WITH your
RF> unauthorized use of my friend's webpage, for your own purpose
RF> of mindless drivel and frivol.
RF> Eat your rotten heart out, DG! You are such a worthless SLIME
RF> of this newsgroup that it's no wonder that you're loathed by
RF> EVERYONE, including your own daughter Danni!
I can say the same about "Nag" <Naga1010@gmail.com>
Eat your rotten heart out, "Nag"! You are such a worthless SLIME
of this newsgroup th
The web page belonged to one of my dearest scuba friends,
The URL was FIRST posted here, in sci.stat.math, by Jack Tomsky,
without malice.
This was my response to Jack's post:
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.stat.math/msg/20aa681b8c22ed51?hl=en&
which included this:
RF> Nothing but happy and fond memories with that group of fun-
RF> loving folks with a very healthy sense of HUMO(U)R that is
RF> difficult to find in any newsgroup or LIST, or anywhere else
RF> in the world.
RF> Actually my photo is in Section 5 of the FUC page of that group!
RF> http://www.ivydene1.co.uk/doug/nedfuc.htm
My REAL picture is in Section 5 of the page, "5. Extraneous
Exclamations:"
Dick Goldhaber, who had been stalking me in other newsgroups
must have found that web reference here and started attaching it
to the end of his post (as part of his sig) when the posts in
question had NOTHING to do with any of my posts or me.
I ignored it for the first few dozens times he did that because it
showed me and my scuba friends in an international group
(from 4 continents) all meeting in my Penthouse suite in Cozumel,
organized by Strike (from Australia), and myself. The owner of
the webpage and photographer was a lady from New Zealand.
I finally posted my protest about Dick Goldhaber in his posts in
rec.travel.cruises.
NAG has been stalking me ever since his appearance in this
group this month. It's not surprising that he found the webpage
to harrasse me for the same reason Dick Goldhaber used it,
for the same DISGUSTING, gratuitous, defamation, abusive,
and harrassing posts, ALL violating Google and Gmail.com's
Terms of Use.
Naga1010@1010@gmail has been reported by me to Google
for his repeated violation:

Given that Jack Tomsky posted the URL of my friend, without malice,
in his post "Photos of Dr. Luis Afonso and Bob Ling", and Goldhaber
and "Nag" turned the page into what they thought would embarrass me,
I thought this would be a good opportunity for me to re-introduce my
scuba-diving friends all over the world.
"Strike" is David Strike, the publisher of scuba magazines and world
renouwed scuba diver in Australia whom I visited in February, in
"Strike's
Reef", his home in Sydney. We also met in 2004 in Singapore and Bali
when he was the Master of Ceremonies of the Asian Scuba EXPO in
Singapore. He is the one in the same picture Goldhaber pointed to,
holding his hands in prayer position, on my briefing to the group. :-)
Strike also posed as "Hagar the Terrible" several pictures below.
The person in the background between Strike and me is Jeff Kell,
whom I call "Hef" (as in Hugh Hefner) because J is pronouned H in
Spanish. He is the LISTSERV Owner of several LISTS, on sharks,
scuba, and computers.
Bjorn is the "Viking God" in the second pic, whom Afonso thought was
me. Bjorn and I had the bloodiest flamewars in Scuba-L circa 1995,
and had since been the best of friends. We dived together in Bali in
2004.
In the picture "Carlos 'n Charlies" the world famous "watering hole"
in Cozumel, also labeled "bonding at Carlos'n Charlie's" is the
owner of the webpage, Viv (posting handle "Krazy Kiwi") in the
front row, in the pink dress. She is an accomplished under-
water photographer. We dived together in Bali in 2004 also, and
she flew from Perth, AU on Friday after work to Sydney and returned
on Sunday night just to be at the Party in Sydney when I visited
Strike in 2002. That's the kind of FRIENDS I have. Next to
Viv at the center of the front row is Sylvia, Strike's lovely wife,
who hosted all of Strike's parties. I was NOT at that beer-drinking
party because I don't drink. :-) One of the the most frequent
FLAMES on me was accusing me of posting something when I
was drunk.
In 2000, in rec.scuba, when I was flamed by one of its posters,
about me, about my drinking, and about lots of things he didn't
know, just like most of those who flame me. :-)
> (snip)
> He bragged > about his "Penthouse Suite." (Puh-leeze - the
> Penthouse Suite at the Plaza in NYC or Singapore's Raffles is
> worth bragging about. But a downtown Cozumel dive? Get real!)
Strike made his unexpected entrance (I didn't even know he read
that group) in one of his most colorful use of English in his intro:
DS> Forgive my butting in - and coming out of lurker
DS> mode into a place where I feel as though I'm
DS> about to put my pecker into a sackful of ferrets -
DS> but having stayed at Raffles on more times than
DS> wot a normal person could poke a stick at, I have
DS> to say that the Cozumel "Penthouse Suite", which
DS> Bob Ling apparently mentioned, is comparable! :-)
In 2004, I actually had a Singapore Sling at the famous
Long Bar at Raffles, with Strike and his scuba luminaries,
where my wife and I stayed a few minutes at the close of
the Asian EXPO party. We couldn't very well turn down
the Singapore Sling in SINGAPORE, at the Raffle's Long
Bar, offered to us by Bjorn. :-)
and to someone who accused me of being a drunk,
DS> Eh! Bob Ling is one of the few folks that I've
DS> been privileged to meet and dive with who DOESN'T
DS> drink!!!
In the "BIrthday Boy" picture, with Sylvia holding the cake was
Mika (from Munich Germany) blowing the candle, and Andy
Johnson (from London UK; we had a mini-NEDfest in London
in 2001), and in 2003.
So, those are some of my Above-Water and Under-Water
friends. Enjoy the page.
Those are just a few of my FRIENDS who had known me for
over a decade through scuba LISTS and newsgroups.
I hope someday I may meet some friends from THIS group
in my world travel and have pleasant stories to exchange
about Statistics that are NOT in the "Portuguse Statistics
for Dummies", "Finnish Statistics for Dummies", or
"Netherlands Statistics for Dummies" books. I also hope
that there are no more books in that Series forthcoming. :-)
A final word to "Nag". Now that you have thoroughly
"embarrassed" me by showing the URL of the webpage, stolen
by Dick Goldhaber of rec.travel.cruises, which I would have
been HAPPY to show to ANYONE and to introduce them to
my dear friends, don't you think you've done enough
disruption of sci.stat.math in one month, and also on
September 28 eight times, without EVER having contributed
anything to statistics, to take your miserable self to some
OTHER newsgroups (perhaps even join Dick Goldhaber
in rec.travel.cruises) and leave this group alone?
My final sentence was on the presumption that you're not
booted by Google or Gmail.com from my ABUSE reports,
and I hope the ABUSE reports filed by many others in
sci.stat.math.

Bob:
Anyone with an iota of sense will see that I post only in response to
your posts and I have no issue with others.
You sneaked in comments about me in unrelated topics and I noticed them
recently - hence the bunching of posts.
Like I said earlier, all you have to do to make me stop is to stay off
my threads and not make any comments about me.
So far I have not filed any abuse complaints with Google. But will
start with your next derogatory comment about me. And I will report ALL
your posts.
Best
Nag
