The question I have is:
Find a rational number between 3.14159 and π.
I am thinking i could just select some number slightly larger than 3.14159 like 3.141591 and that would be it; because π is approximately equal to 3 ...

Have a data set consisting of units purchased by day.  There are 49 values,
skewed 1.4, mean of 5.9, median of 4.1 and stdev of 3.8.  The values can
never be 0 or negative.  What I can't seem to grasp is with this skewed
