Passing commands to and recieving data from an external program [ftp.exe in a DOS box under WinXP]29 Jun 2007 15:12 GMT6
The data I wish to process resides on various ftp servers. There is a
strict file naming convention and directory structure observed across
all servers of interest. The same data may be available in different
formats.

when I'm using undo button in Scicos, I can undo the last step.
I wanna know if it's possible to change this to undo lot of last steps
or, why not, infinite last steps.
If not, will this feature be soon implemented ?

I have been trying some dsp examples and I am getting cryptic
errors with *.  Is there a known issue with this in the latest
release.  I am a newbe to this and I am also after a way to execute a
function at a particular time.  i.e. like 2 or 4 seconds into running

Hopefully someone can help me out here. I have a text file containing
header information for multiple data files. I need to be able to jump
to a line and read what is on that line. Right now, all I can seem to
do is navigate around using mseek, but that just moves me along byte
equivalent of gamfit.m in scilab 4.1.1.26 Jun 2007 20:14 GMT1
I am trying to compute shape and scale parameters for a vector or real
positive values (= the equivalent of function gamfit.m in matlab).
Does anybody has already tried that ?

I have many images that dont have the file extension, however I do
know what type of image they are. The imread function apparently
requires that they have a file extension to load them. Is there any
