I am trying to use ode to solve for a system of differential eqs but I
need the state variables to be restricted to a value.

How does one call an external function? Any script where I try to call a user

Scilab crushes randomly, but quite often (30%?) when I run following
program, may be  especialy when I change some parameter and run the
program without having closed the graphic window. If I close Scilab
after crush and reopen it, the program works without I have to change

Ive got 2500 datapoints in a csv showing an oscillatory response
overlaid over a general trend towards zero. I need to find and plot
that trend - whats the best method of doing it? I've scouted out the
help file but it doesnt help too much! I find the documentation is
