I have a data set that has ID number (corresponding to a student),
course, course grade, and numeric grade value as 4 columns.  One
person may have multiple rows due to multiple courses.  For example:

According to the SPSS manual, MEDIAN(min,max)is an  Aggregate Function
available on the Summary subcommand.
Median is not on the point and click menu.

I just ran a predesigned analysis using logistic regression. In the output
there were Block 0 and Block 1. Of course block 0 is the null model and
block 1 is the predicting model to be compared with the null model. I am

I'm trying to recreate an analysis that a person wrote in a much older
version of SPSS (the program was written in the late '80s/early '90s).
It gets through the first portion OK, but then it starts processing a
group of crosstabs and all heck breaks loose.  And, since I'm not an

How does one partition the interaction in GLM?  Easy enough with
MANOVA or REGRESSION equivalent.  I can see how to do simple
effects contrasts in GLM, but not partitioning of interaction.
